It's 40 degrees on a Friday in Manhattan. This is the original Shake Shack line at noon. It only opened an hour earlier and the line is already this long. As I inched closer to the front, I took a look back — the line never seemed to stop growing. It surprised me that people are willing to stand in the cold just for a burger! The brand's Shack Cam allows customers to monitor the line from the office or at home. There I am almost ready to place my order!
