Facebook is making two big changes to the Facebook Audience Network, which allows advertisers to extend their Facebook ad campaigns on third-party apps and websites. From this week, the network is being expanded so advertisers can also target people who don't have Facebook accounts (or aren't currently connected to their Facebook account on that device.) Facebook users' ad preferences, which can be found in their Facebook settings, will also now include options to opt out of Facebook Audience Network advertising.
