The massive, open-world RPG that was originally announced with a different title in 2006 finally came out this week. Unsurprisingly, it's beautiful. I've only spent a couple of hours with the game, so I can't say if it lives up to the hype, but the visuals definitely meet expectations. The environments and monsters are incredibly detailed. Here's a giant elephant thing. It looks pretty cool. I want to be friends with it, and if the game asks me to kill it, I will refuse. You can go cruising on the high seas, if you want.
