Recently, Business Insider got a chance to see a revolutionary electronic car called the SunCruiser, which can run for 550 miles on a fully charged battery. The car was created by a group of 30 students from Bochum University of Applied Sciences in Bochum, Germany. Weighing 620 pounds, it's made of carbon fiber and can reach top speeds of 62 to 65 miles per hour. A look at the SunCruiser's dashboard.

The electric break is a trigger on the steering wheel that provides a charge when used. In addition, there is a traditional foot pedal break, which must be used to make the car come to a complete stop.
