 Advertisements for diet foods can be deceiving. We recently tried Nutrisystem's food and were shocked at how different the advertisements looked from the real thing. Often, the colors aren't so bright and the portions are much smaller than what's advertised. Here are some pictures of advertisements vs. what you get in real life from brands like Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, and Lean Cuisine.
