  • Cindy Robbins is president and chief people officer at Salesforce. She spearheaded a companywide initiative, helmed by CEO Marc Benioff, to close the gender wage gap. The tech company has since dedicated $8.7 million toward correcting compensation differences.   • Michael Rubin, e-commerce entrepreneur and co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Jersey Devils, will share the stage with rapper Meek Mill to discuss their life-changing friendship and the work they're doing for criminal justice reform. Mill was sent to prison for probation violations in late 2017. Rubin used his influence to coordinate an effort to get him out of prison, which happened in April 2018. Since then, the two have been working together to combat systemic issues within America's criminal justice system.
