Arecently declassified video translated by Ukraine War Awareness, shows the internal systems of the tank, as well as its main cannon firing a round. Another variation of the platform has a smaller 30 mm cannon and is called the BMP Armata, or T-15. The final variation of the platform features a crane instead of a turret to sort through wreckage and recover vehicles. This variation is called the BREM, or Armored Repair-Evacuation Vehicle, T-16. The video highlights the considerable advances made by this tank, which has the benefit of being designed around 30 years after the US' M1A2 Abrams tank first went into production.
