IGNITION, the annual "Future of Media" conference brought to you by Business Insider, is approaching its 8th year. Since it began, IGNITION has brought together some of the most brilliant minds in business, media, and technology.
This year, we're thrilled to welcome Lachlan Murdoch, Co-Chairman of News Corp & Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox; Richard Plepler, Chairman & CEO, HBO; and Marni Walden, EVP and President of Media and Telematics, Verizon – with many more big names to be announced.
I'm also excited to announce something new this year: in response to what prior IGNITION attendees have asked for, we'll be offering more networking opportunities. Dedicated daily luncheons will give you more chances to meet industry colleagues from the worlds of advertising, media, tech, and telecom.
Lastly, we're excited to introduce three new "Pillar Programming" tracks dedicated to digital media: Marketing, Publishing, and Startups.
