"We don't respect the guy," Cooper Hefner said. "There's a personal embarrassment because Trump is somebody who has been on our cover." Trump appeared on the cover of Playboy in March 1990, photographed next to playmate Brandi Brandt. Trump routinely signed supporters' copies of the Playboy cover during rallies and campaign events.
