Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina fired off a stinging critique of presidential rival Donald Trump on Sunday.

During an interview on "Fox News Sunday," Fiorina unloaded on the Republican front-runner when she was asked about Trump's mocking of a reporter who has a physical disability.

"This is the pattern, isn't it?" she replied. "The pattern is he says something insulting, offensive, and outrageous. The media pays attention. Then he claims we all misunderstood him. The media pays attention again."

Fiorina went on to describe Trump as a bully.

"This is the pattern perhaps of an entertainer. It's certainly not the pattern of a leader," she continued. "Apparently Donald Trump only feels big when he's trying make everyone else look small. Of course, in the end he looks the smallest of all."

Trump drew criticism last week after he mocked a New York Times reporter, Serge Kovaleski, for not fully standing by a years-old report about allegations of American Muslims celebrating the September 11, 2001, terror attack.

Trump gestured wildly as he impersonated the Kovaleski at a campaign rally. Both The Times and Kovaleski accused Trump of mocking the reporter's physical disability that limits his arm movements.

The real-estate mogul responded by going on a raging tweetstorm blasting The Times and denying any knowledge of Kovaleski. He later admitted he may have met Kovaleski years ago but said he didn't remember him.

Fiorina has occasionally fired off biting criticisms of Trump after he ignites controversies on the campaign trail.

She burned him on Facebook after he accused another candidate, Ben Carson, of having a pathological disease. And most famously, she directly confronted Trump at a debate after he had been quoted mocking her face.
