Anthony Bourdain tells us it's okay to eat fish on Mondays now — here's why

by Darren Weaver, Alana Kakoyiannis and Will Wei on Oct 31, 2016, 11:11 AM

Anthony Bourdain — writer, chef, "Appetites" author, and host of CNN's "Parts Unknown" — may be best known for a quote in his 2000 memoir, "Kitchen Confidential."
