That puts the clubby Asian fusion restaurant in the No. 1 spot on Restaurant Business's list of the top independent restaurants in the US.  The restaurant, which claims to offer a spiritual "vibe dining" experience, is a favorite of celebrities in Las Vegas. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a 20-foot Buddha statue, which seemingly floats upon an infinity pool filled with Japanese Ko. "The vibe dining experience is further exalted with creative musical programming that is carefully selected to fill the room and continue the journey into sensual bliss," Tao's website states.
